Because of our commitment to using these gentle, top-tier products, a patch test is not typically required before your appointment. However, we understand that some individuals may have more sensitive skin or simply prefer the peace of mind that a patch test provides. For these clients, we offer our "Patch Test " service. If you are concerned about a potential reaction or have a known sensitivity, you are welcome to book this complimentary service at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment. This will give you confidence before proceeding with your service.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmation of an appointment at Ana's Beauty Parlour implies acceptance of our booking and deposit policy. This policy is available for your review on our website. We offer complimentary and unlimited rescheduling when changes are communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. We do not offer refunds for pre-paid treatments, and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.
